Herbert P. Bear

Herbert, Herbert P. Bear, Herbert P. Bear Esquire or Herbert Percival Bear Esquire is a polar bear.

He became meetable during Operation: Blackout in November 2012

He became the FIRST mascot to be not a penguin waddling around the island

Herbert invented many disastrous inventions such as:

*Popcorn Bomb (To explode the PSA HQ and the Sport Shop) (Appeared in PSA Mission #11) (Also appeared in Nintendo DS Game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge Mission #7)
*Earthquake Driller (To build caves underground and make earthquakes around CP) (Appeared on the PSA Mission #8, caused a mini event around June 2008)
*Cream Soda Sticky Bomb of Doom (To spread sticky cream soda around the CP Island) (Appeared in the Club Penguin Short; Puffle Trouble)
*Mechanical Woodchopper (To cut the Ski Lodge to warm himself) (Appeared in the PSA Mission #6) (Also appeared in Nintendo DS Game Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge Mission #3)

This is Herbert's playercard when he waddled around the island for the first time during Operation: Blackout

When you meet Herbert, a red stamp should appear saying: "STAMP EARNED! HERBERT"

Herbert can be very big, his size is like 2 penguins and a half, so it should be something easy to spot him, he is not a penguin, he is a polar bear
